A large aspect of my thesis has come together to reframe the phygital processes I am speaking about as a form of dress. This has linked a lot of my work together, from beauty and beautification, to asking ‘where is the fashion’ to focusing on AR filters back in fashion media lab unit. As I am most interested in the body and mcluhan’s technological extension of the self, I am using this along with new materiality to argue that this is a form of dress.
I have been signed off by the doctor for a month due to lots of things (I have had to move home three times in the last two months and have had major physical health issues to the point my eyes swelled shut) so I am very proud of how I have dealt with these issues.
I have found my passion and am excited for the next year.
