Questionnaire.

The aim of this questionnaire was to establish the goal of users skincare routines, how many products they use them, motivations and how media is involved in this.

I had 78 responses in total and this helped me clearly establish that user generated content, skincare forums and reviews are driving the industry. I found (unsurprisingly) that more women responded to my survey and their primary goals were to brighten skin, prevent ageing and fix texture problems.
