I’ve been reading about academic articles written about Lucy McRae’s work and have realised the importance of colour. This got me thinking about the way I use colour in my work and why. I took some Renaissance paintings and drew out my colour pallet from them as I want to make futuristic scenes inspired by these types of artworks.
